Teaching covers the four core competences — Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
What we teach
Ages 4–7
First contact through play: core vocabulary and simple structures through songs, games, dialogue, flashcards and movement. The aim is an appetite for the language and a foundation to build on.
Beginners
Building vocabulary and grammar in order, developing pronunciation and listening, and using English in straightforward situations.
School curriculum support
Consolidating what school covers: grammar topics, wider vocabulary, exercises, reading, listening and speaking.
Conversational English
Dialogue, topic discussion, role-play, pronunciation work and a wider active vocabulary.
Exam preparation
Consolidating knowledge and practising exam skills: grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening and writing in the relevant format.
IELTS preparation
Full preparation for the international exam across Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Students work through the exam's structure, its task types, the assessment criteria and the strategies each section rewards.
Entrance exam preparation
Targeted preparation for the content, level and format of the specific entrance exam.
